MIDNIGHT RUN
A collective of automotive enthusiasts and drivers that represent the best of car culture gather annually in October to share their interests in rare, exotic and high horsepower vehicles.
For over a decade now the Midnight Run Rally has been a long time underground cult phenomenon - hosting ludicrous car events that are followed by unsanctioned rallies. The event lays out as a festival for its spectators which offers beverages, music and a social ambiance. Custom trophies are announced at the end of the night based on varying categories before registered drivers take off for a 30 mile rally. 100% of proceeds go to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.

PENTHOUSE RECORDING STUDIOS
The Penthouse at 723 7th Avenue stands as a monument to musical legacy, its studio walls having echoed the sounds of legends like Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, 2Pac, Notorious BIG, Madonna, Future, Da Baby, Ozuna, Travis Scott, and many more since the 1960s.
Nestled on the historic Music Row of 48th Street in Midtown, it is the sole surviving music building on this once-vibrant thoroughfare. Upon taking ownership, the current stewards meticulously dismantled and refurbished the control room to its bare bones, reimagining it for optimal acoustic performance.
